AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL
ORDINANCE BY WAIVING SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS IN
CERTAIN AREAS OF THE REGENCY SQUARE APARTMENT
COMPLEX
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DUPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Subdivision Control Ordinance of
the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by waiving the requirement for sidewalks on the South
and West side of Grove Drive designated in red on the Regency
Square location plan - 1980, a copy of which is on file in
the Office of the Village Clerk and further amending said
Ordinance by continuing the time wherein the sidewalks on
the East side of Perry Drive must be installed,said continuance
to be in full force and effect up to the time that phase three,
as indicated on said location plan is developed.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
