AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.5307
LICENSE FEES OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PERTAINING
TO IN-HOME DAY CARE CENTERS
BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 18.5307 License Fees of the
Municipal Code, which Section pertains to the licensing of
In -Home Day Care Centers be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
18.5307 License Fee. The annual license fee for
In -Home Day Care Centers shall be Twenty -Five ($25.00)
Dollars for each such license.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law.
