USEE ORDINANCE NO. 1443 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM 1-1, RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO OFFICE PARK CONDITIONAL USE DISTRICT (KUMMERLE) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, sitting as a Zoning Commission, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law, considered the question of reclassifying the real estate hereinafter described from 1-1, Restricted Industrial District, to Office Park Conditional Use District; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Commission, find and believe that the highest and best use of said real estate is that of Office Park Condi- tional Use District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village be amended by reclassifying the property legally described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, from 1-1, Restricted Industrial District, to Office Park Conditional Use District. Section 2: That said real estate as reclassified shall be subject to all limitations and conditions placed upon properties in the Office Park Conditional Use District, as defined in the ordinance aforementioned. Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
