Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE - 1446 - 4/14/1981 - POSITION CLASSIF & SALARY PLANORDINANCE NO. 1446 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4-A, POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN, ARTICLE 4A.103 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village Chapter 4-A entitled "Position Classification and Salary Plan", Article 4A.103 is hereby amended to read as follows: 4A.103 The Classification Plan The Schematic Outline of Occupational Titles, including a class code and quantitative job content value points for each class, together with the class specifications therefore, and the list of Authorized Positions by Departments shall constitute the Classification Plan as illustrated on Exhibit "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part of this document. All positions in each class shall be compensated in accordance with the Salary Plan as set forth in Article II. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of May 1, 1981, and upon its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 14th day of April , 1981.
