AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN 8-1/2 INCH SIDE
YARD VARIATION TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A CHIMNEY ENCLOSURE ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1638 MINNESOTA DRIVE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(JAROCKI)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law,
considered the question of granting an 8-1/2 inch side yard variation
of Section 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth F. Jarocki for property located at
1638 Minnesota Drive, Elk Grove Village, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best interests
of the Village that such variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a 8-1/2 inch side yard variation
of Section 3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth F. Jarocki to permit the construction of
a chimney enclosure on property located at 1638 Minnesota Drive and
legally described as follows:
Lot 5 in Block 4 in Winston Grove Section 22 North,
being a subdivision in parts of Sections 25 and 36,
Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
