AN ORDINANCE AMENDIING ORDINANCE 1240,
EXTENDING THE TIME IN WHICH ALL NECESSARY
PARTIES TO THE SCHMIDT ANNEXATION MUST
SIGN THE PRE -ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FROM
OCTOBER 3, 1978 TO OCTOBER 31, 1978
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Sections 2, 3, 4 and 7 of Ordinance No. 1240,
which Sections refer to the date October 3, 1978 as the date in..which
the Pre -Annexation Agreement and Ordinance shall be effective, be
amended by substituting October 31, 1978 for October 3, 1978.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
