ORDINANCE NO. 1253
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRONT YARD
VARIATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO
THE AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY OF CHICAGO, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER
TRUST NO. 21627, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2700 YORK ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law,
considered the question of granting a front yard variation of Section
3.54 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit an addition to an
existing building located at 2700 York Road, Elk Grove Village, and
legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best interests
of the Village that such variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.54
of the Zoning Ordinance to the American National Bank and Trust Company
of Chicago, as Trustee, under Trust No. 21627, to permit an addition
to an existing building on property located at 2700 York Road, Elk
Grove Village, Illinois, and legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Howard Hirsch and Robert Hirsch Subdivision of
part of Devon O'Hare Industrial Park Unit 1, a subdivision
in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2, Township 40 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the
plat thereof recorded August 9, 1965, in Book 49 of Plats
on page 50, as document No. R65-29710, in Du Page County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
