AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 6, WATER
AND SEWER SERVICE TO PROPERTY NOT WITHIN
THE VILLAGE LIMITS, OF CHAPTER 22A OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and Du Page Counties, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1: That Article 6, Water and Sewer Service to Property
Not Within the Village Limits, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
22A.604. Water and Sewer Rates for Commercial or
Industrial Property Outside the Village Limits. All property
upon which a commercialorindustrial building has been or may
hereafter be erected having a connection with the sewer and/or
water mains or pipes of the Village, but which property is
outside the Village limits shall be assessed a fee for said water
or sewer service as set by resolution of the President and Board
of Trustees.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
