ORDINANCE NO. 1263
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1237 BY
SUBSTITUTING A REVISED EXHIBIT "A" FOR THE
GULLO ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Ordinance
No. 1237, did annex certain property to the Village and provided for
I-1 Zoning and O -T Zoning of various portions of the annexed property,
as set forth on Exhibit "A" to said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the passage of said Ordinance, it was
determined that it was necessary to re-establish the location of
the right-of-way located on said Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has submitted a revised Exhibit "A",
which sets forth the correct location of the right-of-way and the
correct zoning classifications to be given to the subject property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1237, duly passed and approved
on the 8th day of August, 1978, be and the same is hereby amended by
substituting therein a revised Exhibit "A", a copy of said revised
Exhibit "A" being attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to substitute
the revised Exhibit "A" as approved and adopted by this Ordinance, and
attach same to Ordinance No. 1237.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
