AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B, NUMBER OF LICENSES OF SECTION
18.1204,OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE,
INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "A" LIQUOR LICENSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Gove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Paragraph B. Number of Licenses of Section 18.1204, of
the Municipal Code, of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be amended to read
as follows:
B. Nunber of Licenses. There shall be issued in the Village of Elk Grove
Village no more than thirteen (13) Class "A" Liquor Licenses; no more than
seven (7) Class "B" Liquor Licenses; no more than two (2) Class "C" Liquor
Licenses; and no more than five (5) Class "D" Liquor Licenses.
In addition to the foregoing, the Village President may issue upon
application and payment of the additional fee provided a Class "AA" Liquor
License to any holder of a Class "A" Liquor License when he in his sole
discretion deem it advisable and to the best interest of the Village to do so.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
