AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512
ADDITIONAL NO PARKING STREETS IN AREAS
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE EAST SIDE
OF LIVELY BOULEVARD BETWEEN HIGGINS
ROAD AND OAKTON STREET
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code, which
Section prohibits parking on certain designated streets within the
Village, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
85. On the East side of Lively Boulevard between
Oakton Street and Higgins Road (Route 72).
Section 2: Any person violating any of the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Five ($5.00)
Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication accord-
ing to law.
