AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4-A, POSITION CLASSIFICA-
TION AND SALARY PLAN, ARTICLES 4A.202 AND 4A.203, OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
Chapter 4-A entitled, "Position Classification and Salary Plan", Articles
4A.202 and 4A.203, are hereby amended to read as follows:
4A.202 Annual Salary Midpoint Formulae:
Annual Salary MIDPOINT formulae are hereby established
for all labor/trade classes, for non-labor/trade
classes up to 330 job content points, and for classes
evaluated above 330 job content points as follows:

Labor/Trades 100-299 Points $4er 5 Plus $ 8,014
Non-Labor/Trades 0-330 Points $51.52 Plus $ 5,810
All Classes Above 330 Points $13.74 Plus $18,547
4A.203 Midpoint Rate:
The MIDPOINT rate shall constitute the point of the Salary
Range around which salaries are determined, adjusted and
administered.
To determine the MIDPOINT dollar rate of any Salary Range,
the total job content evaluation points for the respective
class is multiplied by the per point value, i.e. $44.65,
and the base value dollar amount, i.e. $8,014 is added to
the total.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
May 1, 1979, and upon its passage and approval according to law.
