AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT TO RICHARD A. HOLLANDER TO
PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BURGER
KING RESTAURANT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 178 FEET SOUTH OF THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PRATT BOULEVARD
AND BUSSE ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village acting as a Zoning Commission conducted a public
hearing duly called and held according to law to consider the
question of granting a Special Use Permit to Richard A. Hollander
to permit the construction of a Restaurant on property legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after having considering the recommendation
of said Planning Commission find and believe it to be in the
best interest of the Village that said Special Use Permit be
granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit
to Richard A. Hollander to permit the construction of a Burger
King Restaurant on property located approximately 178 feet South
of the Southeast corner of Pratt Boulevard and Busse Road and
legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Resubdivision of Lot 2 in Hollander's Resub-
division, being a Resubdivision in Section 35, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois.
Subject to the following conditions:
1. That the property remains subject to all Village
ordinancesand regulations, including the sidewalk requirements
of the Subdivision Control Ordinance.
2. That the owner request the Village to establish and
enforce fire lanes on the Pratt Boulevard access drive.
3. That the property be developed in accordance with the
site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference
incorporated herein.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in .full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
