AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE It, GARBAGE AND
REFUSE, SECTION 16.204, FEES, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 16.204 Fees, of the Municipal Code be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
16.204 Fees. Fee as established in accordance with
the current contract as approved by the President
and Board of Trustees.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publicaiton according to law.
