AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 111, THE VILLAGE CLERK, SECTION
3.001, AND REPEALING SECTION 3.012, VACANCIES, OF THE MUNICI-
PAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 3.001 be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
3.001 The Village Clerk shall be appointed by the Village
President with the concurrence of the Board of
Trustees to be effective on or after April 17, 1979.
Section 2: That Section 3.012, Vacancies, of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on or
after April 17, 1979.
