ORDINANCE NO. 1370
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF FOUR
(4) PARKING SPACES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 3.96, SPACE REQUIRED, OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD AND ROHLWING ROAD,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, at a public meeting duly called and held
according to law, considered the question of granting a varia-
tion of four (4) parking spaces for a Carry -Out Pizza Restaurant
to be located in the Bolger Shopping Center at the southeast
corner of Biesterfield Road and Rohlwing Road in the Village
of Elk Grove Village, hereinafter legally described, of
Section 3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance to Terance A. Bolger,
Owner of Record; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the
recommendations of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and
believe that a hardship exists so as to warrant the issuance
of such variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section l: That there be granted a variation of
Section 3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village of four (4) parking spaces for a Carry -Out Pizza
Restaurant in the Bolger Shopping Center to Terance A. Bolger,
Owner of Record, on the property located in the Bolger Shopping
Center at the southeast corner of Biesterfield Road and Rohlwing
Road in the Village of Elk Grove Village, legally described
as follows:
The North 295.165 feet of the West 295.165 feet of
the West 80 acres of South 160 acres of North 262
acres of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois (except that part taken for highway purposes
and condemnation Case No. 68L3209).
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
