HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1381 - 6/10/1980 - ZONING VARIATION/1102 LOVELL CTORDINANCE 140. 1381 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FOUR (41) FOOT SIDE -YARD VARIATION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO PER- MIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE ADDITION AT 1102 LOVELL COURT, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, LOVELL (FEO) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a varia- tion of Section 3.54, Paragraph A, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit the construct -ion of a garage addition to Mr. Andrew J. Feo on property legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that suffi- cient hardship exists so as to warrant the granting of said variation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a four (41) foot side - yard variation of Section 3.54, Paragraph A of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of a garage addition to Mr. Andrew J. Feo on property located at 1102 Lovell Court and legally described as follows: Lot 5148 in Elk Grove Village Section 17, being a sub- division in Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North, Range 10; East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. VOTES: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 ATTEST: APPROVED: Charles J.
