AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING PARAGRAPHS (A) AND (B) AND RENUMBERING
PARAGRAPHS (C), (D), AND (E) OF SECTION 14.311, NO LEFT TURN,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.311, No Left Turn, of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by
rescinding Paragraphs (a) and (b) which prohibits left turns from Arlington
Heights Road into Oakwood Drive -arra from Devon Avenue into Ridge Avenue.
That Paragraphs (c), (d), and (e) be renumbered to Paragraphs (a),
(b), and (c).
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
