AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE
SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE TO CENTEX
HOMES MIDWEST, INC. PERTAINING TO THE 35
FOOT REQUIREMENT SET FOR PROXIMITY SET
BETWEEN THE HIGH WATER LINE AND THE PRO-
PERTY LINE OF ADJACENT LOTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Ordinance
1054 to Centex Homes to permit the development of a natural park deten-
tion area, which detention area will exceed the Village's 35 foot limit
established with respect to the proximity of the high water line to the
property line of adjacent lots.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
