AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE TO PERMIT A 112 FOOT WIDE
DRIVEWAY APRON ON THE 600 BLOCK OF
CHASE AVENUE (KLEFSTEAD ENGINEERING
COMPANY)

BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of the sub-
division control ordinance as it pertains to the maximum width
of driveway aprons so as to permit the construction of a
112 foot wide driveway apron for a proposed industrial building
on the 600 block of Chase Avenue, said variation being granted
to the Klefstead Engineering Company, Chicago, Illinois.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
