AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512
ADDITIONAL PARKING STREETS AND AREAS
THEREBY PROHIBITING PARKING ON EDGEWARE
ROAD BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTION WITH
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD AND ITS INTER-
SECTION WITH CHARRING CROSS ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512, Additional No Parking Streets
and Areas, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
86. On both sides of Edgeware Road between its
intersection with Arlington Heights Road and
its intersection with Charring Cross Road
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation who violates
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine
of not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor more than Two Hundred
($200.00) Dollars for each offence.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
