AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL
PARKING LOCATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village
has reviewed and recommended the approval of a special parking location
plan pursuant to Article III, Section 393 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village for property located at 1650 and 1660 Louis Avenue, Elk
Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village have considered the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village
that said special parking plan be approved by the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a certain parking location plan dated March 28,
1979, a true and correct copy of which is filed with the Village Clerk
and is signed by the legal owners of said property, said owners being
Exchange National Bank & Trust Company under Trust Number 28880 and The
Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, be and the same is hereby
approved.
Section 2: From and after the date hereof, the sixty-one (61)
parking spaces depicted on the special location parking plan and which
are located on property owned by The Natural Gas Pipeline Company of
America shall be assigned for the exclusive use of the owners and
tenants of property located at 1650 Louis Avenue and 1660 Louis Avenue
(Decimus Corporation) so as to provide a total of ninety-three (93)
parking spaces for said property, all in accordance with and as set
forth on the special parking location plan on file with the Village
Clerk.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form
as provided by law.
