AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE SUB-
DIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE TO PALMISANO
INDUSTRIAL BUILDERS WAIVING THE INSTALLATION OF
SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR LOT 251 LOCATED ON
ROUTE 83, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Ordinance
1054 to Palmisano Industrial Builders thereby waiving the requirement
of the installation of sidewalks on Lot 251 located on Route 83,
Elk Grove Village.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
