Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE - 1316 - 7/10/1979 - POSITION CLASSIF & SALARY PLANORDINANCE NO. 1316 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4-A, POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN, ARTICLES 4-A.103 AND 4A.202 OF THE MUN- ICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village Chapter 4-A entitled, "Position Classification and Salary Plan", Articles 4A.103 and 4A.202, are hereby amended to read as follows: -A.103 The Classification P1 The Schematic Outline of Occupational Titles, including a class code and quantitative job content value points for each class, together with the class specifications there- for, and the list of Authorized Positions by departments, shall constitute The Classification Plan, three copies of which are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk. All positions in each class shall be compensated in accordance with the Salary Plan as set forth in Article I1. 4-A.202 Annual Salary Midpoint Formulae Annual Salary Midpoint formulae are hereby established for all labor/trade classes, for non-labor/trade classes up to 330 job content points, and for classes evaluated above 330 job content points as follows: Value per Point Base Value Labor/Trades 0-300 Points $44.65 Plus $8101 Non-Labor/Trades 0-330 Points 51.52 Plus 5,810 All Classes Above 330 Points 13.74 Plus 18,547 Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
