HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1321 - 7/24/1979 - ZONING VARIATION/1601 PRATTA ORDINANCE NO. 1321 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO MINIMUM LOT WIDTH AT THE FRONT YARD LINE TO KLENK AND MEIER ENTERPRISES, INC. 1601 PRATT BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a Public Meeting duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a building on a lot with a 60 foot frontage; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that a sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the issuance of said variation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as it pertains to minimum lot width at the front yard line to permit the construction of a building on a lot with a 60 foot frontage to Klenk and Meier Enterprises, Inc., on property located adjacent to an existing building and lot at 1601 Pratt Boulevard and legally described as follows: Lot 2 (execpt the north 15 feet thereof) in Centex Industrial Park Unit No. 21, being a subdivision in Section 34, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
