AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE RELATING TO ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY
STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section l: That Section 14.204, One-way and Two-way Stop Intersections,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
A. Stop Street B. Location
Biesterfield Road ", at Rohlwing'Road (Rt. 53)
Section 2: Any person firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than
$10.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense.
Section 3: That the Chief of Police or his designated agent shall
post or cause to be posted a suitable sign for such one-way stop intersection.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
