AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.204 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AS IT RELATES
TO ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section.14.204, One-way and Two-way
Stop Intersections, be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
A.
STOP STREETS
B.
LOCATION
Nerge Road at Devon Avenue
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject 'to a fine of not less
than $10.00 nor mora than $200.00 for each offense.
Section 3: That the Chief of Police or his designated agent
shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
