AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY PROHIBITING PARKING
ON NERGE ROAD WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties,
Illinois, as follows:
Section l: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, which prohibits parking in certain
designated areas within the Village, be amended by adding an additional
paragraph thereto to read as follows:
87. On both sides of Nerge Road, in the
Village of Elk Grove Village.
.,Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars, nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after is passage, approval and publication, according to law.
