AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EIGHTEEN INCH (18")
SIDE YARD VARIATION TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A FIREPLACE CHIMNEY ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1320 PARKER PLACE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
(MICHNA)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law, considered the question of granting an eighteen inch (18")
side yard variation of Article 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Michna
for property located at 1320 Parker Place, Elk Grove Village,
Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation
of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that a hardship
exists so as to warrant the issuance of such variation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE It ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted an eighteen inch (18")
side yard variation of Article 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Michna
to permit the construction of a fireplace chimney on property
located at 1320 Parker Place and "legally described as follows:
Lot 14, in Block 1, in Elk Grove Village, Section 19,
Being a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North,
Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
