AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1293
BY APPROVING AN AMENDED SITE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1293
rezoned certain property legally described therein from R-3
Residential to B-2 General Business subject to said property
being developed in accordance with a Site and Landscaping
Plan attached thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village,at a public meeting duly called and held accord-
ing to law, considered the question of approving an amended
site plan for said property; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation
of said Planning Commission, find and believe it to be in the
best interest of the Village that said amended site plan be
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the site and landscaping plan attached
to and incorporated in Ordinance No. 1293 be and the same is
hereby amended so that the property legally described in said
Ordinance will be developed in accordance with an amended Site
and Landscaping Plan attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
