AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.1304, FOOD VENDING VEHICLE
REGUALTIONS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 18.1304, Regulations, be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto paragraph "E" as follows:
E. As of June 1, 1980, all such vehicles shall have a
mechanical refrigeration system subject to the
approval of the Elk Grove Village Health Department.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
