AMENDEDORDINANCE NO. 1348 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE PERTAINING TO STRUCTURES LOCATED IN EASEMENTS BY PERMITMr. THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE WITHIN A RECORDED EASEMENT AREA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 648 CHARING CROSS ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, Mr. Lawrence J. Rittle, Jr., has petitioned the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village for a variation from the Village's Subdivision Control Ordinance to permit the construction of a garage on a portion of his property on which a utility easement exists; and WHEREAS, Commonwealth Edison, Northern Illinois Gas Company, and the Illinois Bell Telephone Company have filed letters with the Village saying they have no objection to the construction of the garage on said designated easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of the Sub- division Control Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr. Lawrence J. Rittle, Jr., thereby permitting the construction of a garage covering four feet (4') of a designated ten foot (101) easement area on property located at 648 Charing Cross Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally described as follows: Lot 1062 in Elk Grove Village, Section 2, being a Subdivision in the West half of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTES: AYES: NAYS: ABSENT: W Q APPROVED: / f4 2!
