AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A THREE-WAY
STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF WHITE TRAIL
AND BEISTERFIELD ROAD IN THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203 Three -Way and Four -Way Stop
Intersections be and the same is hereby amended by adding to paragraph
C thereof the following:
28. White Trail and Beisterfield Road
Section 2: That Section 14.205 Yield Right-of-way Intersections
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom that portion of said section pertaining to Beisterfield Road
and White Trail.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation who violates any
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not
less than $5.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offence.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
