AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512,
NO -PARKING STREETS, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON BISNER ROAD, BETWEEN
BIESTERFIELD ROAD AND BRISTOL LANE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties and Cook and Du Page,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512, Additional No -Parking Streets
and Areas, of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a paragraph
which shall prohibit parking on Bisner Road between Biesterfield
Road and Bristol Lane, as follows:
82. On both sides of Bisner Road between
Biesterfield Road and Bristol Lane.
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Five ($5.00) Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 3: That the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to
post such signs as are necessary to ensure compliance with this
Ordinance.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
