AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2, THROUGH
STREETS, ONE-WAY AND STOP INTERSECTIONS
OF CHAPTER 14, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as
follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.202, Designated Through Streets,
of the Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Through Streets Limits
Texas Street -California Street Meacham Road to Idaho Place
Arkansas Drive-Virgina Drive Within Village Limits
Meacham Road Within Village Limits
Section 2: That Section 14.203 of the Municipal Code, Three -
Way and Four -Way Stop Intersections, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Michigan Lane -Nebraska Drive at Wisconsin Lane -Dakota Drive
Section 3: That Section 14.204, One -Way and Two -Way Stop
Intersections, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Section 5: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Ten ($10.00)
Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each offense.
Section 6: That the Chief of Police or his designated agent
shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for such through
streets, one-way stop and yield intersections.

Section 7: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage. approval and publication according to
law.
