HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1231 - 7/25/1978 - SPECIAL LOCATION PARKING PLANORDINANCE NO. 1231 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL PARKING LOCATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village has reviewed and recommended the approval of a Special Parking Location Plan pursuant to Article III, Section 3.93 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village as it pertains to the following described real estate located in the Village of Elk Grove Village and the County of Cook: and Lots 1 and 2 in Rohlwing Grove Unit No. 1, a Subdivision in the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois; WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village have considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that said Special Parking Location Plan be approved by the Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That a certain Parking Location Plan, a true and correct copy of which is filed with the Village Clerk, and is signed by the legal owners of Lots 1 and 2 pursuant to signatures dated April 4, 1978 heretofore submitted to the Village of Elk Grove Village by LaSalle National Bank, as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated December ":'7 :ni v;rr5r,;:p67y 22, 1976, and known as Trust No. 51858, owner of Lot 1 described above and by Rohlwing Grove Center, a Joint Venture, owner of Lot 2 described above, is hereby approved. Section 2: From and after the date hereof, those spaces designated as Spaces 1 through 9, inclusive, on Exhibit A which are 0 adjacent to the West property line of Lot 2, shall be assigned for the non-exclusive use of the owners of Lot 2, so as to provide for the total number of parking spaces available for Lot 2 as 38 in number; and, from and after the date hereof, those spaces designated as Spaces 10 through 17, inclusive, on Exhibit A which are adjacent to the West and North property line of Lot 2, shall be assigned for the non-exclusive use of the owner of Lot 1, so as to provide for the total number of parking spaces available for Lot 1 as 334 in number, all in accordance with and as set forth on the Special Park- ing Location Plan attached as Exhibit A hereto. Section 3: That from and after date hereof, there may be established on Lot 2 uses and occupancies which, pursuant to ap- plicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village, require not more than 38 parking spaces. Section 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
