AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1126
BY ESTABLISHING AN AMENDED SITE PLAN IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT
PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TO CITIZENS BANK &
TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER TRUST NO.
457, AND GEORGE GARUILOS, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DEVON
AVENUE AND ELMHURST ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1126 approved the 8th day
of March, 1977, did grant a Special Use Permit to the Citizens Bank &
Trust Company, as Trustee, under Trust No. 457, and George Garuilos,
to construct a restaurant in compliance with a site plan attached thereto
and subject to further conditions therein stated; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
President and Board of Trustees to amend said Ordinance thereby permitting
the construction of a restaurant in compliance with an amended site
plan; and
WHEREAS, the operating departments of the Village of Elk Grove
Village have reviewed the proposed amended site plan and find that the
adoption of the amended site plan would be in the best interests of the
Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section i That Ordinance No. 1126, passed and approved on the
8th day of March, 1977, be and the same is hereby amended by substituting
an amended site plan for the site plan as originally attached to said
Ordinance No. 1126 and incorporated therein, a copy of said amended site
plan being attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein as
Exhibit A.
Section 2: That all other conditions of said Ordinance No. 1126
with respect to the granting of the Special Use Permit to the above-named
parties shall be in full force and effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to
law
