AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ALONG THE NORTH
AND EAST SIDE OF VON BRAUN TRAIL WHICH FRONTS
CARSON PARK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 (Additional No -Parking Streets and
Areas(, which Section makes it unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand in
any of the areas listed therein, be and the same is hereby airended by adding
the following:
84. On the North and East side of Von Braun Trail, between its
intersection with Kathleen Way and its west intersection
with Warden Way.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of
this Ordinance shall be subjected to a fine of not less than Five Dollars
($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect fr(xn
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
