AN ORDINANCE GRANTING a FIFTEEN FOOT VARIATION
OF THE REQUIRED ONE HUNDRED FOOT FRONTAGE TO THE
CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF PARK RIDGE,
TRUST NO. 457 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTH-
WEST CORNER OF UNITED LANE AND PAN AM BOULEVARD
(ROBERT'S RESUBDIVISION)
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public meeting duly called and held according to law con-
sider the question of granting a fifteen (15') foot variation of the
one hundred (1001) foot frontage requirements as set forth in Article 5
Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village for property legally
described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendations of said
Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best ineterests
of the Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Article 5, Section
5.1 of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance thereby permitting an
eighty-five (85') foot frontage to the Citizens Bank and Trust Company
of Park Ridge, Trust No. 457 for property located in the I-2 zoned indus-
trial district of the southwest corner of United Lane and Pan Am Boulevard
and legally described as follows:
Robert's Resubdivision of Lot 4 in Kenneth's Resubdivision
of Lot 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in Richard's 3rd Resubdivision
of Lot 2, (except the North 100 feet thereof) in Richard's
Subdivision in Devon -O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit No. 2,
in the Northeast quarter of Section 2, Township 40 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in DuPage
County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
