HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1247 - 9/12/1978 - SPECIAL USE/520 LIVELYORDINANCE NO. 124 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL PARKING LOCATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (HENNESSEY INDUSTRIES) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village has reviewed and recommended the approval of a Special Parking Location Plan pursuant to Article III, Section 3.93 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village as it pertains to certain real estate located in the Village of Elk Grove Village and legally described on Exhibit "A" attached here- to; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village have considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that said Special Parking Location Plan be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Countyes, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That the Special Location Parking Plan entitled Hennessey Industries, Inc. - Special Location Parking Plan dated June 15, 1978, a true and correct copy of which is filed with the Village Clerk be and the same is hereby approved. Section 2: That from and after the date hereof, the thirty-four (34) spaces designated on said Parking Plan, which spaces are located at 525 Lively Boulevard and which are across the street from property located at 520 Lively Boulevard shall be assigned for the non-exclusive use of the property located at 520 Lively Boulevard and legally described on Exhibit "A". Section 3: That the parking facilities which are a part of the Special Location Parking Plan shall be built in accordance with Section 3.94 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village. Section 4: That said Special Location Parking Plan shall be bind- ing upon the applicants for such Special Plan, their successors and assigns. Section 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Deed of Cook County, Illinois. Section 6: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication and after sarre has been duly accepted and approved by the owner of record of the real estate described on exhibit "A" attached hereto.
