AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.203, THREE-
WAY AND FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS, OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE, BY ADDING THERETO A FOUR-WAY STOP
INTERSECTION AT ALDRIN TRAIL AND PARKER PLACE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203, Three -Way and Four -Way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code, be amended by adding thereto the
following intersection:
30. Aldrin Trail and Parker Place.
Section 2: That Section 14.204, One -Way and Two -Way Stop
Intersections, of the Municipal Code, be amended by deleting therefrom
the stop intersection designated as "southbound Parker Place at
Aldrin Trail".
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not
less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars for each offense.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
