HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1159 - 6/28/1977 - ZONING VARIATION/203 WILLOWORDINANCE NO. 1159 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A REAR YARD VARIATION TO RALPH AND DOROTHY CLARK 203 WILLOW LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according to law considered the question of granting a rear yard variation to Ralph and Dorothy Clark for property located at 203 Willow Lane and legally described hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that said variation be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as it pertains to minimum required rear yard from 20 feet to 9 feet to Ralph and Dorothy Clark to permit the construction of a room addition on property located at 203 Willow Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and legally described as follows: Lot 490 in Elk Grove Village Section 1 South, being a Subdivision in the North Half of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. VOTES: ATTEST: Eleanor G.
