AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WALNUT LANE
BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH TONNE ROAD
AND MAPLE LANE AND THE NORTHWEST CORNER
OF TOTTENHAM INCLUDING FRONTAGE OF 128
TOTTENHAM LANE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 (Additional No -Parking
Streets and Areas), which Section makes it unlawful to permit
any vehicle to stand in any of the areas listed therein, be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
80. On the north side of Walnut Lane between its
intersection with Tonne Road and its intersection
with Maple Lane.
81. On the northwest corner of Tottenham Lane
between 172' and 407' south of its intersection
with Brandywine Lane.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a
fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
