HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1170 - 9/13/1977 - LIQUOR LICENSE INCREASE CLASS BORDINANCE NO. 1170 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH B, NUMBER OF LICENSES OF SECTION 18.1204 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS "B" LIQUOR LICENSES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That Paragraph B, Number of Licenses of Section 18.1204 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be amended to read as follows: B. Number of Licnses. There shall be issued in the Village of Elk Grove Village no more than twelve (12) Class "A" Liquor Licenses; no more than seven (7) Class "B" Liquor Licenses; no more than two (2) Class "C" Liquor Licenses and no more than five (5) Class "D" Liquor Licenses. In addition to the foregoing, the Village President may issue upon application and payment of the additional fee provided a Class "AA" Liquor License to any holder of a Class "A" Liquor License when he in his sole discretion deem it advisable and to the best interest of the Village to do so. Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
