AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAXIMUM ANNUAL SALARY RATES FOR SELECTED
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL POSITION IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE.
WHEREAS, Maximum Annual Salary Rates were heretofore established for
Administrative, Supervisory and Professional positions by
Ordinance #1149, and
WHEREAS, vacancies have or may occur in some of those positions which
require filling to maintain the services by the Village,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Village President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and Du Page, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance #1149, adopted June 28, 1977, is hereby
Amended to establish the following Maximum Annual Salary
rate for these positions:
Administrative Assistant, Department of Finance $14,000
Plan Examiner, Building Department $17,800
Sanitarian, Health Department $14,000
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and approval according to law.
