AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SECTION 3.96 b12 of the ZONING ORDINANCE
AS IT APPLIES TO THE NUMBER OF PARKING
SPACES REQUIRED FOR RETAIL STORES TO THE
LA SALLE NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE UNDER
TRUST NO. 51858 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF DEVON AVENUE
AND ROHLWING ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held according
to law, considered the question of granting a variation of Section
3.96 b12 of the Zoning Ordinance as it applies to the number of
parking spaces required for retail stores, pursuant to the petition
of LaSalle National Bank as Trustee under Trust No. 51858 on pro-
perty legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation
of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the
best interests of the Village that such a variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section
3.96 b12 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village as it applies to the number of parking spaces required
for all retail stores to the LaSalle National Bank as Trustee under
Trust No. 51858 to permit a reduction in the number of parking
spaces required from 368 spaces to 339 spaces for property located
at the Northeast corner of Devon Avenue and Rohlwing Road and
legally described as follows:
Lot 1 in Rohlwing Grove Unit No. 1, a Subdivision in the
Southwest quarter of Section 31, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
