AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO SUBAKA,
A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, TO PERMIT
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 10' FENCE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1225 PRATT
BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of. Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law,
considered the question of granting a variation of the Zoning Ordinance
as it relates to structures in the required side and rear yard areas
and as it relates to the height of fences to permit the construction
of a 10' fence for property owned by Subaka, a limited partnership,
and located at 1225 Pratt Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe such a hardship exists that
would entitle the petitioner to the variation requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of the Zoning
- Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit a 10' fence
around a proposed tennis court within a portion of the rear set -back
and part of one side yard set -back on property located at 1225 Pratt
Boulevard, and legally described as follows:
Lot 2 in First Resubdivision, being a Resubdivision
of Lot 61 in Unit 32 in Centex Industrial Park,
a Subdivision of Section 34, Township 41 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
