AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE BY PROVIDING FOR A FOUR-WAY
STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF OREGON
TRAIL AND HOME AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.203C of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Paragraph 27, which shall read as follows:
27. Oregon Trail and Home Avenue.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less
than Ten ($10.00) Dollars, nor more than Two -Hundred ($200.00) Dollars
for each offense.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
