HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1185 - 10/25/1977 - ZONING VARIATION/DEVON & ROHLWINGORDINANCE NO. 1185 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1177 AS IT PERTAINS TO THE REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF DEVON AVENUE AND ROHLWING ROAD, ELK GROVE. VILLAGE WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Villaae by Ordinance No. 1177 authorized the reduction in the number of parking spaces required on property legally described hereinafter from 368 spaces to 339 spaces, based on the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals; and WHEREAS, it was the intention of the Zoning Board of Appeals to permit a reduction in the number of parking spaces to 334 spaces. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois: Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1177 be amended and that .there be granted a variation of Section 3.96B-12 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village as it applies to the number of parking spaces required for all retail stores to The La Salle National Bank, as Trustee, under Trust No. 51858, to permit a reduction in the number of parking spaces required from 363 spaces to 334 spaces for property located at the northeast corner of Devon Avenue and Rohlwing Road and legally described as follows: Lot 1 in Rolling Grove Unit No. 1, a Subdivision in the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. VOTES: AYES: NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 ATTEST: APPROVED: Ronald L.
