AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 8,
RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF WATER FOR
OUTDOOR PURPOSES, CHAPTER 22A, OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE, LIMITING THE TIME IN
WHICIi THE RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT
FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31, OF EACH
YEAR
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Article 8, Restrictions on the Use of Water
for Outdoor Purposes, of Chapter 22A, of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
22A.803. Effective Time Period.
The restrictions on the use of water for outdoor
purposes shall be effective from April 1 through
October 31 of each year.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its, passage, approval and publication according
to law.
